Lo real – tal como podemos aprehenderlo en psicoanálisis – hizo que Lacan acentuara la interpretación como una interpretación al revés. Ricardo Nepomiachi considera que esas son las premisas de lo que Jacques-Alain Miller desarrollará en el sentido del desbaratar la defensa, lo que está más en relación con la orientación hacia lo real.

The analytical act does not go in the same direction as the unconscious, but against it. The real – as we learn in psychoanalysis – is what made Lacan emphasize interpretation as an interpretation backwards [1]. Ricardo Nepomiachi considers that these are the premises of what Jacques-Alain Miller will develope in the dismantling the defence[2], which is more closely related to the orientation towards the real.
