Angelina Harari brings us to a question on the singularity that is disjoined from any universal; the « One cut from the two »[1], that is to say, what is without limit, which is not to say unlimited. These questions that are at the heart of the theme of our Congress, « A Real for the XXIst Century », point towards a renawal of the psychoanalytical practice, towards a psychoanalyst who's gotten out of the office, open to contingency, and who is capable of perturbing the defence against the real, and not staying on this side of Oedipus – a practice of the analyst citizen.
